§ 1 General
1 By filling up the form of sales customer ( user ) signs a contract of sale. "Megsword" is not liable for damages resulting from improper completion of the form.
2 Purchase of goods in our online store may be made only by persons of legal age.
3 Before ordering customer is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions . Acceptance of the Rules is a prerequisite to use the services of our online store , and takes place in the course of filling the order form .
§ 2 Mileage transactions
1.Submitting the form of purchase constitutes acceptance of the conditions of sale , including these Terms and Conditions .
2.In case of receiving inaccurate , incomplete or erroneous information we will try to contact the customer in order to clarify it. If the contact is not possible we will give the contract of sale up.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the sale in the event of non-availability of the goods by the supplier. Cash paid by the customer will then be returned to the customer's specified bank account.
4. Along with the confirmation of an order (which will be sent to you in the form of electronic information by the online store), the shop and the user are bound by the contract of sale.
5. After ordering, the user pays for the purchase via Pay Pal, bank transfer or cash if possible.
6. Goods ordered from our online store are delivered via Royal Mail. Shipping cost depends on the destination and is given when ordering. Goods are shipped within three business days after payment. Shop "Megsword" is not responsible for the delivery of goods and delays by the Royal Mail.
7. It would be greatly appreciated if you could leave your feedback about the transaction after you receive your order.
RETURN POLICY:
I must be notified if you wish to return an item within 10 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will refund via Paypal less original shipping charges. All items must be returned in original condition.
